Came across this today, I'm hoping the idea never comes "down under" ... but seriously guys, please let me know in comments whether or not you've tried this!
Hey Julie, that stuff is actually shredded chicken - like shredded roast chicken you get roasted at coles. They mix it up with mayo and sometimes celery and cranberries and then put it on sandwiches. A bit like tuna. It's pretty good actually. It's not a whole roasted chicken jammed in a can.....
